The founder Marzena Ozga is specialising in the luxury and retail market, bringing years of industry experience working in senior management and business consultancy positions for top brands. 

 

Her exposure to multiple business operational models and variety of locations, from world recognised exclusive department stores like Harrods, Selfridges, House of Fraser, flagship stores and independent boutiques located in the main London shopping destination to start-up companies entering the UK market, enabled her to understand not only financial, strategic and operational areas of the business, but also added on experience in different clientele and customer shopping habits. Her particular achievements are in generating and supporting business growth in an uncertain economic context, turnaround, and managing luxury service excellence.

 

As a Business Consultant, she has provided expertise to many organisations that confidentially needed guidance in financial and strategic management and independently managed projects for numerous brands from their planning stages through to completion. She directed many key initiatives across the companies, delivering strong commercial and market share performance, formation and development of integrated strategies, placing the brands in a growth position in value and volume terms.

 

Marzena's experience is supported by strong academic background including Master of Business Administration degree, Master in Management and Marketing degree, specialising in the organisation and development of enterprises. She holds the Prince2 Practitioner project management qualification, Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership awarded by the Chartered Management Institute where she is a member, as well as she took part in international educational courses in The Berlin School of Economics and Law, and IILM Institute for Business & Management, Gurgaon in India.
